No, not even anyone with perfect training, diet and gear. Genetics play a huge part at the pro level. Probably less than 1% of the population could be a Yates, Coleman, no matter how much gear they had.

"It's any damn thing you want to do, lifting heavy and doing 4 grams of test, with 12iu's of GH/day... Won't take much to get you huge. " -- is what I said.
It won't take you much to get huge... never did I say you'd look like Yates.
whats your split like louden? I saw blood and guts and it looked like Dorian was only doing one hard set per exercise, and everything else was a warmup. I dont think its good for the average human to base himself after a freak like yates, like citruscide said. not that we want to label ourselves "average"
Ronnie, yates whoever - none of them have superior genetics. The most important ingredient is a willingness to take a shitload of drugs to get there.
Anyone that throws the genetics card up needs to pull their head out of their ass.
Yates is and was an animal. But he had crap shape, crap separation and an aesthetically unappealing physique. What he did have was waaaaay more muscle than anyone else. That was through hard work no doubt, but also through a willingness to put that extra amount of drugs in his body.
