I tried it last night and havent felt better doing my lifts than that. I skipped the stretching, but did a short jog on the treadmill, the joint stuff, and then did the warm up sets just like was mentioned.
I felt much more controlled doing my lifts. The weight seemed a little easier which helped me control my form.
Very good, I like it.
