I'ts definitly the lat pulldown machine. I'd wager that more than 90% of the people who use it have no clue what they are doing, or what muscles they're working. I've acutally seen people stand up in front of the machine and pull the bar down to the seat by bending over some. It redefined idiocy.
 
In my gym it has got to be all the free weights. A lot of them have no form at all, they move there body tones of diffrent way to try and get the weights up and they use weights that are clearly way to heavy for them.

F-off Mustang. I told you at the gym that's the way I curl 35 pounds. The sloppy form I use allows me to develop more power. And don't tell me I can't curl in the squat rack either!

The 40lb dumbells... its funny watching guys doing side laterals with them...looks more like a giant bird trying to take flight....
 
Free weights for sure. About 85% of the people who TRY to use them have no clue what to do with em.
Its okay though, its funny. Its even more funny when they grunt like a big ol fat hog while they are trying to lift em.
 
I agreee with everyone so far. and I am currently LMAO at Tx. it is so funny becuase sadly it is so true. I have to say squats are right up there with the rest though.
 
its not so much that these 2 kids use the machines wrong, but its what they are doing that is wrong. I cant stand these kids, they come to the gym everyday. Its the same routine every time. First they hit the back machine, then the tricep pull down, then the shrug machine. Then they leave. Im not quite sure, and neither are they quite what they are doing. They just like the shrug machine and the back machine because they can put on 45 lb plates so they feel like they are lifting a lot and feel big. Its funny
