*Here we go again, now that I am on the road to healthiness I am going to log again. Hard to get back into it, forgot my lunch again, lol.

3 egg whites
2 slices turkey lunchmeat
1 tbsp cheddar cheese (regular, not that non-fat crap)
Diet Pepsi
SUPPS - 3 T-Rex, 2 SesaP, NO Gluc-R since no carbs in meal
*REALLY felt those 3 T-Rex. I upped the dose from 2 to 3 - and FELT it. Felt stim'ed, but not cracked out. AWESOME. Love that feeling - just felt like I HAD to stay busy, which is great with 31 5 year-olds in my AM class!

Taco Bake - that I made yesterday. Has lean ground beef, taco seasoning, pasta, cheese, salsa in it. Yummy.

*GOOD workout, was able to maintain pretty high HR entire time. Felt a bit overspent last 2 min, but overall felt awesome. Machine said burned approx 390cal.
