Had awesome cardio session tonight. Feeling much better, although still symptomatic. BLECH.

Ran on treadmill, forgot to stop time after WU. I like seeing my total time running, not time including WU/CD. Oh well. :) Took 2 CB about 15 min before WO - want to try to take them about 30min before from now on - although FTITM that will be hard. Didn't feel a BOOST from them, and cardio was challenging - but I have been out of the gym for a couple weeks and am still sick. :) Can't wait to use them regularly when I am actually healthy.

Total time on treadmill was 55 min - this includes 5WU/5CD, the bulk of the cardio was 45min mostly running, but a couple minutes here and there for fast walking. Covered 4.30 miles in that time. Eh, okay, but would have liked to have seen the mileage without the WU/CD in there.

Feels pretty good that even with me a little sick, and not in the ebst of shape - I can still run about 4miles without much trouble. Hopefully, this continues and I can actually continue training for the half.

Tuesday, January 16th
*Here we go again, now that I am on the road to healthiness I am going to log again. Hard to get back into it, forgot my lunch again, lol.

6:45am
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
2 slices turkey lunchmeat
1 tbsp cheddar cheese (regular, not that non-fat crap)
Diet Pepsi
SUPPS - 3 T-Rex, 2 SesaP, NO Gluc-R since no carbs in meal
*REALLY felt those 3 T-Rex. I upped the dose from 2 to 3 - and FELT it. Felt stim'ed, but not cracked out. AWESOME. Love that feeling - just felt like I HAD to stay busy, which is great with 31 5 year-olds in my AM class!

Forgot lunch, ate school lunch:
1 slice cheese pizza, 5 baby carrots, 1 oz lite ranch, chocolate pudding cup
SUPPS - 2 T-Rex, 2 Gluc-R, 2 SesaP

1 big slice of Baby Daisy's cake. YUM ;) Shoulda taken Gluc-R with this, but forgot. :)

Taco Bake - that I made yesterday. Has lean ground beef, taco seasoning, pasta, cheese, salsa in it. Yummy.

*GOOD workout, was able to maintain pretty high HR entire time. Felt a bit overspent last 2 min, but overall felt awesome. Machine said burned approx 390cal.

Send me DO CARDIO vibes. Gotta go to the gym tonight and I am TIRED. Baby Daisy slept like CRAP last night .... I hate teething.

Downloaded some great FREE music to do cardio to .... from http://www.djsteveboy.com/mixes.html

Under Podrunner, there are some great techno/club/trance-y stuff. Very few lyrics. Gives you workouts by BPM, which is neat. Made SS cardio go by FAST, and I was able to do a high intensity for a longer period of time. Very cool.

Sure - I am not into club music, but it was very cool for cardio. I think the pace is WAY too fast for weights (at least for me), but for cardio it was awesome. AND FREE. Each workout mix is approx a hour.
