Let me once state again that I am by no means saying this system is better than any other. It just worked wonders for me. It was introduced to me in high school and really got our team strong.
As a 16 year old I was a +300lbs bencher. The funny thing was that I was not even considered one of the strong guys. It even got one of my friends up to 425lbs raw as a senior. I think the real secret to its sucess is the intricate book keeping system.
Well we also had plyometric days where we did nothing but agility drills. Plyos were twice a week. Right now my bench is 360. Nothing Earth shattering at all(I didnt lift for a year and a half after high school). I have only been seriously lifting for maybe the past 8 months. Its still tough to stay serious with all my schoolwork now.
