Just finished up doing this programme, was doing it for just over two months, pretty happy with my results, but have have just changed back to my normal style of training, will do this for 3 months then proberbly give it another go.
and as for being a natural or jacked up routine it is both he advocates finding the perfect recovery scheme for each individual....most will not be able to perform the 2on 1 off unless using a fair amount of gear. the same goes for cycling, individual preferance, it is not set in stone to do 4 on 2 off. ...........I encourage anyone interested to read the ENTIRE article it is long but well worth it.....
