G'day rez.

Check out the info by Mr X in his journals.

Cutting is hard on the mind and the body, but the evidence for some form of Keto diet is proven for many of the guys here.

If you have not done it, the first week is hard and you will drop a lot of fluid, persist and you will see the fat melt off. You may feel a drop in strength. Personally I did not really notice it until I went back on carbs. If you do it I suggest you carb up one day per week. This will fill the muscles up. It made me feel like a truck ran me over.

Don't have BF% sorry. The mirror was my guide.

Good Luck.

so far..

i have not been on the body opus diet - i need to use my brain during the day.. i just dont think i could do it to myself. So ive opted for the 60%=p,30%=f,10%=c.. this is my 3rd week of doing so.
Yesterday was my legs day at the gym and i felt weak as shit, even though I included a few more carbs the day before - nothing drastic probably around 40% carbs. If i am on this 60,30,10 diet should i still have a carb-up day, and if so how many carbs should I be having?

My carbs now mostly consist of green leaves, and that included in protein powder..
any suggestions?

5-6 meals of chicken, steak, ham, tuna or egg whites with vegetables.... with the first meal having some complex carbs (oatmeal)....

.... this is what has worked for me in the past. I don't go for the moderate or high fat thing.... I keep fat low-none, and carbs low as well. I don't restrict my food intake, I just make sure what I'm eating is included above and eat as much as I want....

.... I train normally and add some cardio. It works for me.

Some people might kick and scream saying you'll lose all your muscle mass, but I haven't ever noticed I've lost any. I'm happy with the results I've gotten in the past.
