Hey zed I usually try to stay away from leg extensions, but the Sled and all the racks were being used up, and I didn't feel like waiting around for one of the pieces of equipment
Did back yesterday, and just spent the whole day moving today, I'm tired, I'll post up my back workout I did Friday tomorrow, and I'll be hitting shoulders and tris as well too
So I took Saturday and Sunday off for the move. I was tired as hell, ended up falling asleep last night at 7:30pm. Missed out on shoulders,traps, and triceps but I'll just have to hit them next week twice as hard. Chest day again today! I'll post up later!
