Starting ECA Stack tomorrow...Long way to go

OK, I am posting this more of a way to keep track but any comments/suggestions are welcome...

Stats:
6'0 29 yrs old
245lbs - BF is WAY to high, didnt measure 30% ish??
Trained off and on for 10 years, more off than on.
Basically I am strong and fat LOL

Will do a 25/200/81 stack of ECA for 3 weeks...Doing moderate cardio and moderate/heavy lifting.
 
Goodluck. 3 weeks, just make sure you train hard, sleep hard, eat right and try and really do lots of cardio. Noticed bigger results as more cardio was added.
 
I know it was not good for my muscle gain, but I did not eat anything until about 8PM tonight. I was down 2 lbs just by not eating. Tomorrow I will continue the stack and do 30min cardio at 7Am before eating...
 
OK...day 4. Appetite is suppressed a great deal. (which for right now I am OK with). I need to lose a lot more fat before I start shooting for 3,000 cal and 200g protein etc.

I have NOT done as much cardio as I SHOULD! But this morning down to 241.2 lbs.

SO...if I can keep that up 1 lb a day for 21 days, I will rocking toward my goal.:D
 
Upped dose to a second stack at 1PM. Had eggs for breakfast, turkey bacon, Grilled chicken salad for dinner.

I am not feeling any nervousness/jitters at all.
 
In summation, I can confidently say that this stack is not worth much. Kept the low cardio and moderate lifting going. Down only 5 total lbs. I am sure I could have done that with NO ECA.

So the question is....is there anything worth while other than clen or T3??!?!?
