Started my first cycle yesterday

Hey bros. I started my first cycle yesterday of D-bol(30mg for 4 weeks) and Ethanate(500mg)and EQ(400mg) for 10 weeks. My quad is still a little sore from the Ethanate shot but no pain. I hit delts/abs early and then legs/calves later in the day. I got two lifts that actually went up. I started doing standing shoulder press' and got 125lbs for 4 reps(last time I did them I had a hard time with 105lbs) and I squated 225lbs for a set of 8. I just started doing legs this past November(yeah I used to be an only upper body guy since I did a lot of cardio) and was barely doing 135lbs for sets of 10 when I began in November so I'm pumped already bout my progress. I ate 6 meals yesterday and already finished one today(bout 10-20 egg whites, bowl of oatmeal with a lil blueberrys, 4 pieces of bread, and 3 sausage patties). I'm consuming a gallon or more of water and have chest/tris today. I'm 22 lifting since high school(took bout 6-7months off when I was 19 from an injury/then being lazy). When I was 19 I was 215lbs fat and now I'm bout 5'10"-5'11" at around 160-165lbs fairly lean. I'm pumped and already ready for my next shot on Wed. I'm going to try and get some pics taken within the next few days. Just wanted to let ya guys know and wanted to thank the ones that helped me out the last few months. I'll keep ya guys posted.
 
hey rocky - glad to hear things have started off well. I did my first shot last night....my ass is sore but not too bad. The shot was surprisingly painless. i like the soreness, I know the test is there and it motivates me.

I hear that dial tone. usually more than once a day it seems. I cringe every time I see a "first cycle" post because I know there is some misinformation and lack of research waiting for me inside. however i guess they ned our help I just wish they would do some of the work themselves.
 
I disagree on that being" a shitload of juice for a first time" That is a great first cycle, not to much but, enough to really put on some quality weight. I do however feel by the sound of your e-mail you should have spent some more time training seriously without gear but, who am I to judge? As long as you do everything right while on and off you will feel and look great... You might lower the Dbol some but, I still think I would love to have done that cycle 6 years ago for my first time. 250mgs of test I feel is waste no matter if its your first cycle or not. I think as long as you are ready to start your cycle in the first place 400 to 500mgs of test is perfect for starter and you can go along way with that amount. Just an opinion...
 
That is a lot of juice for a first cycle, bro. You will get good results, but you will have to go at higher dosages later on down the road putting more strain on your body and your wallet. All I did for my fist cycle was sust 250 @ 250 per week for eight weeks, and I put on 20 lbs. and managed to cut my b.f. by 2% at the same time. Just my $.02

Definitely a lot of juice for your first cycle... Just make sure you have nolva and maybe l-dex on hand. Cause with that much juice for a first cycle gyno is a definite possibility. U should make good gains though. Good luck
