Well I am only a week in so i can feel my strength going up but more so on reps than maxes
My best is 380 for a one after proper warm up
i normally go up to 290 or so, but felt REAL good so went for the ol 3 plates
I have done it before but now I am so tight now that i can control the weight more than the weight controling me
i just cant wait for the next day to come, that is the best part
I dont know why people do test when they can do this and actually gain LBM and keep it.
I am just a FANATIC about my diet
I am up 3 pounds al ready and 3 people have noticed I am gettign thicker
i see it but not as much as other people
