I've recently had a problem with my knee......nothing serious but its bugging me. Sometimes when I'm walking my knee joints don't feel particularly stable.....almost like there is lateral movement in the joint when I plant my foot down. So I figure there must be a way to stabilise the knee joint.....anybody got a clue on this one? This has only developed recently (last 2-3months).
It isn't a problem when I am lifting......only when walking. Also, for squats I can only use a wide stance due to the way my legs are put together
....so narrow stance squats are out (if that woulda worked).
