Ok people. How R you doing today?
I have heard lots of things about 20 rep squats.
But I suspect that my quads are fast twitch (strong but small endurance), which means that they should be worked at low reps. On leg extension machine I can do lots of weight few reps. My hamstroings are more endurant (last time I checked, it might have changed), but my quads are not.
So what should I do? Stick with 20 rep squats or do only low rep squats or mix them?
what is your opinion?
