There is no such thing as squatting too low!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I do leg press first as well.....I like my sqUATS for reps not weight.
 
you'll probably be saving your back by doing squats 2nd, since your quads and such will be pre-exhausted you'll probably use less weight.
