500x0x2 (I really don't feel bad about not getting this, because it was an explosion issue, not a strength issue. For the first time in my life, I got this amount of weight well off the floor (6 inches) before I stalled, which means my lower back is getting much stronger.)
Glute Ham with light band around neck: 4 sets of 10
Pull down Abs: 4 sets of 12
Reverse Hypers: 3 sets of 10-12 at 315
Good workout: back is toast.
