[FONT="]I recently picked up a Vitamix blender and have been cramming veggies back into my diet through shakes ever since. Veggies are something I've avoided for years, so I figured at 30 it was time to change that.[/FONT]

[FONT="]I've noticed adding spinach into anything really doesn't affect taste. Would this be a bad idea to throw into my PWO shake? I'm already having two cups of it in the morning as is, but figured adding some more would probably be a good thing.[/FONT]
