[FONT=&quot]I recently picked up a Vitamix blender and have been cramming veggies back into my diet through shakes ever since. Veggies are something I've avoided for years, so I figured at 30 it was time to change that.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]I've noticed adding spinach into anything really doesn't affect taste. Would this be a bad idea to throw into my PWO shake? I'm already having two cups of it in the morning as is, but figured adding some more would probably be a good thing.[/FONT]

here is the dirty secret about shakes. when you blend up a veggie or fruit you are breaking down the nutrition bigtime. it is a processing stage.

my advice is eat your veggies raw or gently cooked if you want the full benefits.
 
There's no reason you can't do this, but I'd prefer to break my spinach down by chewing it because it's delicious
