Spicing up tuna

I swear if eat another can of tuna, I will be sick!!
I love the fact that tuna is low carbs, low calories and until 3 days ago I would eat a couple cans a day, because it is easy to eat on the go and no preparation. Anybody have some ideas on how to spice up tuna?

Depends on how strict you are on the fat/carbs aspect. I add some low-fat canola mayo and some sweet relish. The mayo will up the fat and the relish will up the carbs. But I'm on a zone diet so I can live with that.

I've heard some guys on here talk about mixing in some salsa. I've never tried that one though.

Try this bro, tastes good as hell to me. Put some lowfat sourcream, mustard, and onions in it. Doesn't add too much fat or carbs and tastes almost as good as if you made it with mayonnaise. I also add a boiled egg sometimes depending on how much I have eaten already, lots of protein. I love it :D I could never stomach the shit just dry out of the can:sick:

Ever try adding a can of salmon to your tuna? It kind of drowns the tuna taste, I find it more edible by doing that

You could always just add some pepper, salt, or other spices to it. That's what I always do. Be carefull though, you can take in to much salt if you don't know what you're doing.

it might seem odd to you but its a down-south thing;

mix it with *Mustard* instead of mayo

tastes good tho!
