Spicing up tuna

I have found that if you put enought Louisanna hot sauce on anything....you can eat much more of it:) I put a little on my tuna, chicken, rice...everything. I have been force-feeding myself for a few weeks now and if I eat slow...I'll never eat it all. If I smother it in hot sauce..I must devour it quickly.

Tuna can get a little bland for sure...I usually mix it with a little mustard., green pepper and stuff it in a pita ...i add a little spinach with it too (tastes excellent).
Also, if I'm having salad I throw a can of tuna in with it . the tuna with salsa is okay but not my favorite!!

I use a little mustard, louisiana hot sauce, chopped onions, the white of a boiled egg, and black pepper. and you can also mix 50-50 with a can of pink salmon. makes your breath smell great ;-)
