You will love it, I added some speed bench as a prelude to my arms day and it has definitely increased my bench power, great stuff!
I usually do 10 sets of 3 with a weight much lighter than these guys have said, so I might increase mine next time. I always found that weight was much less of an issue with these as long as you aree exploding with maximum intensity.
