Soy Protein

So I've found this snack at Costco... roasted edamame beans. In a 1/4 cup its got about 130 calories

4 g fat
10 g card - 8 of them fiber!
14 g protein

this looks like an ideal quick protein intake... but its soy protein. Is this just as good?

dont count soy protein as protein. a your looking to put on or hold mass i wouldnt even eat them.

its an incomplete protein like joe d said. it cant be counted towards daily macros unless you want the fiber.

just curious- why doesn't soy protein count? Also, how about soy protein powder?

also, edamame is a healthy snack regardless of protein.

i used to have them edamames with soy sauce in a japanish restaurant far in Queens it was great to kill the monchies they where so good...

Bro, i never liked soy protein. I get much more out of whey. If you're at costco I suggest getting EAS whey protein 5lbs for $33.00 if you want to save some cash.
