south beach diet breakfast wraps..

They look good on paper, but as far as cutting goes what is your take on these items. Obviously they are processed somewhat but they have fairly appealing nutritional facts for a quick breakfast..

I didn't take the time to search their site trying to find the nutritional info.....but why couldn't you make something similar at home??

Low Carb/WW tortilla + scrambled eggs + cooked turkey bacon (1 slice) + 1 slice FF cheese (optional).....you can cook the ingredients in the microwave....

Well, I suppose I could do that but I already have a bunch of these. I am just wondering if it will hinder anything by eating them.

Heres the nutritional information, sorry if the link wasn't a direct one..

That's a lot of sodium.....and are they small?? I'd be concerned they wouldn't fill you up.....

I'm not entirely worried about my sodium intake, this would be the only meal that contained any sodium at all. I normally accompany this meal with 5-6 egg whites as well, or sometimes with a 1/4 or 1/2 cup of oats.

Wait. You are already cooking eggs and oats? add a tbs of habenero salsa and wrap the whole groove up in a ww tortilla, as jen suggested and if nothing else: save some cash! Processed food is proscessed food. If you are already cooking fresh, EAT FRESH!

Well, then if you already have them & already bought them & don't want to throw them out - then eat them.....

But if you're already cooking food - you can have more food for the same cals as these tidbits....plus non-processed is always better than processed.....
