After months and months of having no internet access and some health and personal problems Im back on track but going natural once again.

I dont know what might have been said or rumored but Ive had no problems with law enforcement or aything like that but I had some issues come up in my personal life and some scares concerning my health and overall wellness of my heart. At one point I was scared Id never see my 4yr old hit his teens.

Now Im not going on a "gear will kill you" rant but I will be the first to admit that in the first few years I used I really overdid it.


Ive noticed Im not a mod anymore which is fine, Ive been out of the loop for too long anyhow. Ill be getting a new email addy soon and when I do Ill add it to my current profile so dont email the ones listed now cause I havent been able to get back into them.

Once again I apologize for any inconveniences Ive caused anyone or this board but now that Im back online I felt I owed an explanation.

Youll have to fill me in on what an elite mentor is, like Ive said Ive been gone awhile.

As for my heart, some months back I started having some numbing problems in my arms and spells of light headedness etc. Well I just took it as fatigue and anxiety which Ive been prone to in the past.
Problem is they started becoming more and more frequent so after alot of time under the care of my physician we did some tests and in so many words they told me my heart had been really stressed. A culmination blood pressure fluctuation, personal issues, yo-yo dieting (putting too much mass on then stripping it off constantly) and they even said my gear use, though did not attribute much of my problems to that but said it would be considered a factor.

Well Ive been given the go ahead to train hard again, my diet is cleaning up and Im about back to 100%. Im still holding steady at 220lbs at about 12% bf, and Im 5'7" tall.

I have alot of catching up to do but I plan on being around alot more.
