I'm against frozen fruit. Everytime i eat it I always taste the bag along with it. (Stay away from blackberries, worst smoothie choice unless you like to chew seeds)

whizz up some cranberry smoothies with splenda!

these babies have a better fructose rating, nearly guilt free, well...just :qt:

Better smoothie.. guilt free smoothie.. Try Low Carb Yogurt (fruity flavored) with Your favorite Whey Protein powder

i am not aasmoothie drinker BUT

whats the take on the places like smoothie king or jumba juice?
any good protein blends or just all loaded up with sugar?

I think smoothie cafe vary in terms of sugar. Some add honey or high fructose corn syrup, while others just add fruit, yogurt, and juice. Just ask the clerk about what sugars are used. But for the record, I'm a smoothie junkie.
