Today incline sit ups with 35 lb plate pressed up at top.
Hanging in arm straps leg raises and side oblige knee ups. incline Russian twist 35 lb plate.
Spin 45 lb plate around head and front of body. Not sure what that’s called. 65 lb dumbell side raises.
Flat bench knee tucks.
Today was a shoulder work out. Trying to really hit rear delts. My right one rear is finally taking shape. Left one is still lagging.
But good improvement I last year before surgery.
