AM: PULL-A session - first pull session of the week.

Today was my 4rd week back going through a full range of motion on all my pull movements. Total load is extremely low as you can imagine - it will be a very slow processes over the next 6 months.

Bicep still quite tender, to the point I may need to back it down a touch for a few more weeks.

All and all feeling good and trying to be patient.
@Yuri1 Bros. Good job on this update. Pulling movements are always fun to do.

@Yuri1 Looks really good, man. Full range of motion is good news. Make sure you keep the mobility in your elbows and in your forearms, you keep them loose.

@Yuri1 sorry to hear about your bicep. seems like its a tough muscle when you start getting micro tears in there.
 
Thanks bro, yeh I think I was getting a bit ahead of my recovery tbh - I’ll take it back a notch for a few more weeks - my bicep already feeling weak from this am session
@Yuri1 bicep might have a little tear. its a good idea to give it a chance to heal or the tear will grow
