I get the hernias looked at April 30. They moved that date forward so I like that. We shall see.
Yesterday did some chest. On chest days the shoulder has been giving a little discomfort again in shoulder. So am taking it easy on chest for a bit.
Spent good part of work out trying different machines a such. Figured out pain more on forward push at full lock. And more when elbows high. I still thing it is the tendon trying to heal. That is about 5 months more. So I am staying with movement that keeps elbows in, and 3/4 reps. I k ow when I get in last 1/4 of full lock it turns off chest and shoulders take over. Just wanna work chest. All other movements feel great. Gonna do a bit more band work for that shoulder. Incline bench on smith machine reverse grip chest press feel good with good chest activation. Finally smith machine that do not lean one way. I can do more stuff with it.
Still holding about 180 lb.
Able to hit gym 5-6 days at 2 hours each day including sauna time at end.
Kinda hard to post work outs right now. On so many machine trying things.and I have not figured out this metric stuff yet.,
Pull ups are getting better and that is awesome.

@Slyderkt That's good, man. It's really important to make sure you take care of your body. Let us know about their hernias. I've got at least 2 or 3 myself and they are not getting bigger, so I'm not gonna mess with them for now.

@Slyderkt bro slyder I collect hernias like other people collect ass kicking. That shit don't bother me at all. I got like 10 of them all over. Nothing Gonna Stop Me man. I'm gonna keep grinding no matter what
 
honestly I think every weight lifter has hernias I know I have a couple
eventually I'll have to get them taken care of

@Slyderkt hernias are bad words. had one years ago but mostly from heavy repair plumbing jobs. got so bad was hurting to put on shoes. had to get it taken out. wife work at hospital and knew good doctor honest. you should do it
 
All is great. Loving the new gym. Switched to more morning workouts. Holding at 180 lbs
Been crazy around here. My father passed away and funeral it this weekend. All is good. He was 93 and lived a full live. Was not well last couple years. Declined quickly. Friday night went to sleep and did not wake up. This is all for the best. He is in much better place now.

I went to plastic surgeon. Going to have excess skin removed. But first I need to have inguinal hernia looked at. No pain. Didn’t know it was there. both side poke out. I can make them bulge when pushing. Now that I am lean yo see them. I did not know they existed
@Slyderkt in sorry about your loss man. My grandmother just passed away at 92. Can complain with a life that long I don’t guess. But good luck with the plastic surgeon brother!

@Slyderkt Wow. That's awesome, man, that you're able to hit the gym for 2 hours, pretty much every day. That's some great commitment. And it's awesome way to really relieve yourself of the stress throughout the body.
