Do you use seasoning? I love me some red pepper flakes, adds some spice to it.

Also, at my local grocery store (Hy-Vee), they have some ZERO calories dressings, like barbecue, etc. I just dump that stuff over the chicken breasts before I bake them. It's pretty awesome. I know all stores have some low calories marinades. Throw them chicken titties in a bag with some marinade for a day and then bake them.

Also, buy some ground turkey. The stuff I buy is 99% fat free and I mix up a pound with an egg and 1/2 cup of oats and jalapenos. Throw in some red pepper flakes, oregano, garlic powder, cilantro. You gotta get creative.

I make some giant turkey meatballs. 1/4 pound each. They are amazing, and pure protein goodness.

I grill the whole breat in good spices like paprika and garlic and put a portabella mushroom on top and then melt a couple slices of fat free mozarella on top of all it. Then some sliced green and red bell peppers on the side.

I found a good basil red sauce with 1g fat and 5g carbs in a half cup and i put that over chicken with veggies like broccoli and cauli and a dash of fat free parmesan.

That's a couple I did last week. Im not sure what your diet is but those two options are pretty low carb and super low fat.

Salsa is good on top, in a pinch. Also, if you're looking for some extra carb, put oats in a blender and pulse until fine. Do the same w/the chicken. It won't be ground but it will allow you to mix w/oats and make turkey-type chicken balls...(chicken balls? Sounds gross). Top w/salsa or add salsa to the pan when you saute.

Sick of .. chicken .. yeha right when hell freezes over l0l !

Hmm you could just add sweet chilli sauce to it? or perhaps some peri pri sauce .. mmm

Yeah I bought fine new sodium free spices.n I notice a huge difference when I fry it in a pan rather then bake it.. Im not a big fan of salsa but ill try anything once to get some difference tastes I my mouth.. Thanks guys

some arent as low cal/low sodium as others but look into mccormicks marinades...theyre pretty awesome
and look into the grill marinades line (I think also by mccormicks)
can find em next to the seasonings in the grocery store

theyre dry packets you miss with your oils/vinegars which you can also play with a little
pure win for flavor and takes the guess work out of stuff

I've been addicted to shish kabobs lately...

So damn good. Spike a 1/4 chicken tit with bell pep and onion (every other) and then bake. Season it first, obviously.

It all bakes together into a massive protein/veggie meal. Tastes sooo good you feel like you're cheatin'

The way I do it, it rolls into about 10 ounces of chick and the rest veg....awesome...
