I have had tendonitis in my shoulder rotator cuff for months, and I stopped lifting for a lot of the summer. It went away for a while, then I started lifting this fall again, and it came back, but the pain is more dull, and it's only when I raise my arm really high, like I'm pinching the tendon or something. How do I know if this is just built up scar tissue or still tendonitis? Some other guy said he had the same problem and he went to a chiropractor and stretched his shoulder to bust up the scar tissue and it was fine after that. It hurts when I bench, but not when I do shoulder presses. If anyone could give some info it would be greatly appreciated. I think I'm gonna go to the chiropractor too.
Thanks.
