What are your workouts looking like? and how do your macros break down?

Since 9% is on the lower side of the spectrum, it might take longer and you may have to work harder to push your body towards steadily burning fat. Stick to it though, the diet looks pretty solid.

You may want to plug in your foods into a free online food journal such as www.fitday.com to make sure your macros are ok & that you're getting enough calories, protein, etc.....

And what type of activity are you doing and when??

i weight train 5 times a week, try not to exceed an hour. my training is good, however cant do any cardio due to an injury but i'm told it is no where near as important as the diet.

i've tried fitday but i cant find the exact foods which i eat so cant use it really

My experience with me and with clients is that many find nothing for the first few weeks, or maybe an initial something, and then nothing for weeks. But sticking with it, there will be a sudden change. It is if the body is stubborn, and finally has to let go. Can't think of a better way to explain it. But if diet is sound, stick with it, you will see results.

Understand about the no cardio due to an injury - I'm in the same situation myself.....

As for fitday - you can always add a food as a custom food - I do that with everything I buy....There are also other free calorie counters out there also...I think calorieking is one.....

what type of injury is preventing you from the cardio?

does your injury interferes with any of your workouts?
