This type of workout is spread over a larger area of the body......


Remember how i always say that every day is kidney day??

This routine will remove a lot of the localized glitches as there is no ONE day where the focus is localized like it has been in the past.

It will train the nervous system to tolerate MORE stimulation(but on a larger scale than right now)....this will translate into fewer glitches when we go back to focused daily workouts.

I went back to the basics on my diet - I'd been playing around with the numbers for a while - and decided I'd strayed to far from what S had set for me, so here we go.

62%/17%/21% protein/carbs/fat
calories = 1504 (231g/66g/36g)

Meal One = 246 cals (48g/12g/0g)
40 grams Whey Protein Shake in 1 cup ff milk (Complete Whey - chocolate, 2 scoops) + 10 oz coffee added. Mocha!
1 glucorell

Meal Two = 301 cals (27g/25g/11g)
3 egg whites
2 Whole eggs
1/2 cup brown rice
2 cups green beans
water

Meal Three = 214 cals (37g/6g/4g)
4 oz chicken breast
3 cups spinach with salad spritzer
water


Meal Four = 216 cals (40g/8g/3g)
40 grams casein/whey protein mix(GNC Pro Performance chocolate) in water
50 g blueberries
1 glucorell
water

Meal Five = 214 cals (31g/8g/7g)
3 oz chicken breast
1 cup asparagus
diet pepsi


Meal Six = 325 cals (48g/11g/11g)
Extended release shake 40 grams of Casein/whey protein (GNC Pro Performance PM Protein) in 6 oz ff milk & water + 1 tbsp anpb

I am not a good bench presser. I need to go visit Stilleto and get some lessons.

One Arm Dumbell Rows

1 x 8/65

30 minutes steady state cardio(15 degree treadmill - 3.0 - 3.5 mph)
- I did deep strides at 3.5 with all my weight in me heels for most of it. cooled down for 5 minutes flat @ 3.0.

The bench is actually very respectful.....the weight will soar once you get in the groove of going from DBS back to a bar.

I work out with a bunch of guys - so have no idea if my strength is high or not. They all lift heavier than me. ;)

It would be nice to work out with you once or twice. You should get transfered again! :D

We are SO taking a vacation later this year.......I would love to have another EF meetup like we did in Atlanta a while back
