Yeah, it needs some work. Maybe he could limit it to the Steroid Board or something ...

Not a matter of my liking it or not, it doesn't like me. While I don't have a full blown "allergic" reaction, I have intolerance problems. Consumed it causes a host of unpredictable inflammatory problems, internally and externally. Topically it causes both severe swelling and intense itching.

Meal Five - pre-workout
1 scoop Complete Whey (20 g protein) mixed in water

Dumbbell upright rows

Seated Machine Press

Dips(weight assisted if needed) - kepp torso upright

definitely bloated. my stomach looks squishy. yuck. Weight at beginning of week was 142. I'm now holding at 144 for the past 2 days.

Leg extensions - SIMPLY A WARM UP...just gets the legs warmed up.

I did single leg extensions. Each leg:
4 x 8/50

Step Ups - (used the smith)
4 x 6/50 + bar

Lunges(yep - again) - 12-15 strides per leg (I did static lunges with rear leg elevated on a bench - smith)
1 x 15/20 + bar
3 x 12/30 + bar

ouch! those burn.

Leg Extensions - toes turned out
(single leg)

1 x 8/80
2 x 6/100

Seated Calf Machine
4 x 8/65

weight is 144.5. Going in the WRONG direction. lol Down, dammit! Go down!!
