Leg Press - pushing from heels
**I had to use the horizontal sled because we don't have a leg press.

1 x 4/240 - barely. puts a lot of strain on my neck & back. I told the gym owner to buy me a leg press. ;)

Incline DB Press
(60 degrees)
1 x 15/20lb dbs
1 x 10/25lb dbs
1 x 8/30lb dbs
1 x 4/40lb dbs
these are hard.

One arm incline DB rows
1 x 15/50

I could have lifted heavier on these, I think - but I forgot my straps at home.

30 minutes steady state - BICYCLE
 
Great job....I will note the horitonzal leg press and we wil work around it next time.


How is the water retention??


If it is still hanging around - drop 3-5 grams of Vitamin C into the diet

I'm back down to 142 this morning, so feeling much better. I'll post pics in the morning. I'm pretty sure I've gained a few pounds of muscle. I didn't make a big drop in weight over the last couple of weeks, but I'm seeing veins I haven't seen before and my abs are around all day. ;)

it's not a good thing. lol I have some extra baggage in the trunk that I still need to get rid of.
