seems like ammonia sniffing before training is giving me results

I have been sniffing ammonia for the last three weeks and it really works, it increases my alertness and helps me to improve my work out, since I work out at 6am and go to bed late because I have to study a lot this has been a great solution so far, I was wondering if there are any side effects in the long run doing it?

It's hard on your body, CNS specifically. You can essentially go past your 100% max using stims like that and that just means you need even longer to recover. Combine that with poor sleep and diet and you're not doing yourself any favors.

That shit is really only good for max effort, and even then use it in moderation.
 
I am not sure this is going to be healthy for you. I can see if you are going for a PR or if you are a powerlifter at a meet or something. I cant see sniffing ammonia as a pre workout.
 
It's not something you want to do orally. It puts a lot of stress on your naval cavity and can actually damage your sinuses.

Doing it 1-2 times per week - no problem. Any more then that isn't a good idea. Save it for your hardest training days.
