I am seeking expert advice to shed weight and gain muscle.
Present Situation
Weight: 120kg
Height: 6.1ft
Body Fat: 44%
Waist: 44inch
My goal is to loose fat, gain musicle, and become hard. I have always been on the heavier side, been going to the gym on and off since 13 years, but because I did not see results I stop.
I have started again, I do 8-10k walk everyday, and weight training 3 times. I am sticking to a high protein diet with low carbs.
I have a few questions from the experts on this forum:
1. What's the perfect diet which will help me achieve my goal?
2. Would Clen / T3 / Winstrol help me in anyway?
