Thanks for asking, Mermaid! Between this stuff with my daughter and trying to train two new employees, it's hard to find time to eat. I'm definitely hungry!!!

Before I ate that banana this AM I was feeling a little sick from legs, but it helped. I forgot my protein bars this AM, GRRRRRR, I really got a hankerin' for one right now. Gotta' wait 'til I get home tonight though.

Surprisingly, I felt pretty strong on legs today. Must have been the Tilapia from last night - that's good stuff!

Well, today I was SUPPOSED to go home @ 6 PM and cook some chicken and train, but my employee (just a friend helping out at the moment) said she and her step daughter are sick so I'm stuck here at the studio until 9 PM. Sooooo, skiping training today GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! :mad:

Have another girl I'm training, but she's not ready to be on her own yet. God, I wish I had a 9-5!!!

I was supposed to get my Sesamax and Cardio Breeze yesterday and when I checked the mail, it wasn't there. So when I got here to the office today, I went online and tracked it. IT'S AT MY FRONT DOOR!!!! GRRRRRRRRRR I was so excited to start them today!!!! :bawling:
