Arghhhhhhhh.... okay going off on a rant now! SO obviously I have had family issues in the past, and apparently I have some "letter" on the way from my mom as well (oh how I can't wait to read that one, I think I'll save it for right before the gym just in case :lmao: ) ANyways, now I get pictures emailed to me from my brothers wedding, and out of 185 pictures how many do you think that I am in.... ahhh ZERO!!!! Yet my step mom, who she even dispises is in about 8 of them and if that isn't a slap in the face I don't know what is?!?! So much for family, I think I am seriously DONE this time!!! OK, rant complete LOL much better now :D

I hope things get better for you soon, just a suggestion, maybe don't even open the letter and just send it back, you don't need the aggrevation.

We can be your family. :D I know, I know. It's not the same. :( I don't understand it at all. I can't imagine how that must make you feel. *hugs* I'm sticking with they didn't put you in any of the pics because you'd look SOOOOO much better than the bride that it wouldn't be fair to her on her big day. :lmao:

Hey sister. Sorry I've been MIA this weekend; it was real hard to read EF quickly using my phone internet last night in the car, so it was easier for me to read back today.

WOW -- no pictures, eh? Lovely. What a load of BS -- but everyone here is right, you probably did look way more beautiful than the bride (though it would take zero effort from you to do that!). :D

Your mom is raging... wow. My mom and yours should just hang out and have giant bitch fests. My mom has mellowed out in the last few weeks after I fought back with her, but that took years to build up and I'm still just... not comfortable with her yet. Things will eventually do what they're supposed to with your family, and your mom is going to regret keeping you out of photos BIG TIME, just you wait. Your brother should be outraged about it -- doesn't he have a say in all this or does he just stay out of it like my bro does?

Anyway, good thinking reading the letter before the gym. Hope you recovered some this weekend. Love ya', sis. :rose:

Sounds like a nice relaxing day!

I kinda prefer stiff arms to stiff legs -- much easier to get around and greater chance of successfully making it to the restroom after drinking the first 4 liters of water of the morning.... :worried:

For you oatmeal cookie girls out there – I used organic instant oatmeal with cranberries, added water and a little baking powder and cooked ‘em up this morning. Not bad……

And - Nice leg presses woman!! I so wish you were still around here, we would have been workout buddies. I’m still in the 400 lbs with my presses, but I betcha I can catch up!

Whats a power crunch?
It's a machine called the power crunch. Basically a weighted crunch machine where you crunch from both sides (upper and lower)
