PR body weight squats (bw x 60 sec) x 4
Partial rep smith squats (5 x 225)(5 x 245)(5 x 255)(5 x 275)
Unliateral leg extensions (5 x 100) x 2 (5 x 110)(5 x 125)
Bilateral leg extensions (5 x 170)(5 x 185)(5 x 200) x 2
Standing calf raises (5 x 810) x 4 <---boring!!!
Seated calf raises (SS) (5 x 200)(5 x 210)(5 x 220)
Standing body weight calf raises (SS) (bw x 60 sec) x 3

Oh come on :( Cut me some slack would ya!!?!?! I do believe I had just given a pint of blood too and shouldn't have even been there :lmao: well at least not according to everyone I work with LOL they were all yelling at me today HA
