Sounds like a nice relaxing day!

I kinda prefer stiff arms to stiff legs -- much easier to get around and greater chance of successfully making it to the restroom after drinking the first 4 liters of water of the morning.... :worried:

I couldn't agree more with ya!!! ;)
HOwever, I find I'll prob be having stiff legs here by the end of the day or tom morning because just killed the hammies at the gym :lmao:

Duckie - What's your calorie count now? I'm trying to imagine how you eat chicken and oats. Grilled chicken breast, ok... but oats? Like dry oats? Like dip the spoon in and eat them... :confused: Either way, not something I'll be eating soon...

Unless someone bakes the oats into cookies. :D :chomp:
