Partial Smith squats (7 x 225)(7 x 245)(7 x 275)(6 x 285)
Unilateral Leg ext (7 x 90)(7 x 97.5) x 2 (6 x 105)
Bilateral Leg ext (7 x 150)(7 x 170)(7 x 185) x 2
Standing calf raises (9 x 810) x 4 <-- focus on going deep and squeezing at tops, since machine is MAXED out on weight
Seated calf raises (7 x 180)(7 x 190)(6 x 200)
