Mood: WOke up down and out, but slowly turned it around

m2: 4 oz chicken, 1 1/4 cup shredded wheat
m3: 4 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, sweet potato
m4: 1 1/2 scoops protein, 1 oz almonds, 1 tsp glutamine
