OK so I went to the gym while she came back to look at the house again... Shit it was hard to concentrate.

6 min cardio warmup
15 min dynamic warm up --- just for noting, this consists of going into the aerobics room and running the following back & forth (1 lap = there & back) x 2 for each:
- high knee run
- butt kick run
- left side cross-over
- right side cross-over
- left side high step over
- right side high step over
- walking front kicks (a la karate class)
- walking side kicks - leading left
- walking side kicks - leading right
5 min static stretches
OH Squats: bar/10 5/10 10/10
Super:
- regular (back) squats (ATF): 10/12 20/12 30/10
- step ups: 20/20 20/25 20/30
Super:
- bench press: bar/20 25/12 35/10 45/5 + 35/8 (shoulder got tweaked)
- cable x-overs: 20/10 x 3

Cardio: 30 min stepper
Abs: fitball: upper abs + lower abs: 25 + 25 x 3
