OK so I went to the gym while she came back to look at the house again... Shit it was hard to concentrate.

5 Aug 2006 (Sat) -- took the last 3 days to give my knee a break.

Diet - still undereating I'm sure.

Training:
6 min cardio warmup
15 min dynamic warm up --- just for noting, this consists of going into the aerobics room and running the following back & forth (1 lap = there & back) x 2 for each:
- high knee run
- butt kick run
- left side cross-over
- right side cross-over
- left side high step over
- right side high step over
- walking front kicks (a la karate class)
- walking side kicks - leading left
- walking side kicks - leading right

5 min static stretches

OH Squats: bar/10 5/10 10/10
Super:
- regular (back) squats (ATF): 10/12 20/12 30/10
- step ups: 20/20 20/25 20/30
Super:
- bench press: bar/20 25/12 35/10 45/5 + 35/8 (shoulder got tweaked)
- cable x-overs: 20/10 x 3
Super:
- HS Row: 70/15 90/10 x 2
- Pull ups: narrow grip: bodywt/8 med grip: bodywt/6 wide grip: bodywt/6

Cardio: 30 min stepper

Abs: fitball: upper abs + lower abs: 25 + 25 x 3

Diet - still low cals, clean aside from occassional popcorn (no butter, very low salt)

Training: well did it again - thinking I haven't done arms in a while, I did arms. And now my right rotator & right elbow hurt. O well. How does BikiniMom say it? "Beauty knows no pain..." :qt:

6 min cardio warmup - elliptical
Shoulder / rotator warmup:
- cable inside / outside: 5/20(4) x 2
- 45 degree from front DB raises: 10/15 x 2

Giant - Bis:
- Preacher curls (machine): 60/15 65/12 x 2
- hammer curls: 25/7->20/7->15/7->10/7->5/7 x 3
- hi cable bis: 20/12 15/10 x 2 (here's where the shoulder started to hurt...)
Giant - Tris:
- skull crushers + close grip press: 50/15+15 60/10+10 40/12+12 (here's where the elbow started to hurt...)
- cable rope press downs: 60/10 50/10 50/10
- DB kick backs: 15/15 x 3
Shoulders - sorta drop set thingies:
- side laterals: 2 TUT 10/10 + 5 TUT 5/10 x 2 -- no pain on the shoulders here, just sore muscles. Good workout!

Cardio: 30 min stepper
 
fingers crossed, jumping up and down, doing the hokie pokie, knocking on wood. Rubbing buhda's belly!
