Diet:
Meal 1: 8 am
1/2 grapefruit - had to get to the car dealership for oil change

Meal 2: 11 am
2 scoops protein mix
1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 3: 2 pm
4 oz chicken
1 c green beans

Meal 4: 6 pm
4 oz chicken
1 c green beans

Meal 5: 10 pm
2 scoops protein mix
1 c tofu

Training: CHest & tris -- testing to see what hurts / doesnt hurt

6 min elliptical warm up
Giant: chest
- incline press: bar/20 bar + 10/20 x 3
- cable x-over: 15/20 x 3
- hammer strength low press: 45/15 25/20 x 2
Giant: tris
- skull crushers + close grip press: 45/15 + 15 x 3
- cable rope tri press: 40/20 30/20x 2
- DB kick backs: 15/15 x 3
Tri dips: 5 x 3
Abs:
- fitball cable crunches + upper ab ball crunch: 60/30 + 30 x 3
- cable kneeling abs: 100/30 x 2, obliques alt sides: 100/15 x 2
*stretchign in between*
- legs straight up crunches: 30 x 3

Cardio: 15 min step mill (fat burnign profile) + 25 min bike

I hope nothing hurts... you are getting a good workout in.
I dream of doing tri dips...I can do bench to bench with BB, but not the vertical ones...I need to work on not swaying!

1 EAS Carbvantage or whatever those are bars -- racing out the door to do some errands

Meal 2: 4 pm

6 almonds

Meal 3: 9 pm
2 scoops protein mix
1 c tofu

Meal 4: tbd

Training: back & bis - late getting to the gym - keep forgetting they close at 8 pm on Fridays :rolleyes:

Super (back):
- Smith rows: bar/20 25/15 x 3
- bent over DB reverse flys: 15/15 x 3
Single grip lat pull downs: 30 lb each hand: 60/20 x 3
Hammer strength rows: 45/20 x 3 45/15 (wide grip)
Giant (bis):
- 21s: 40/21 x 3
- DB hammer curls: 20/15 x 3
- hi cable bis: 15/20 x 3

Cardio: (At home) 30 min Precor

In support of a positive look for interviews, I finally got my hair colored again -- starting to get some pretty offensive roots going. How is it that you can be born and spend the first 35 yrs of your life with literally white hair, and then all of a sudden this dishwater color starts invading your head??? NO FAIR.

Anyway -- fixed that, got a trim, look healthy. Walked around the mall a bit - I haven't gone shopping literally since last year. One problem I have is that my lats are so big right now, none of those cute little flimsy tops fit. Well they fit but I can't get them back off. Its evil what taking a few days off cardio does to my legs. A reminder that no, I don't really need to be lifting - I just need CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO!

And speaking of, since I spent all day getting my hair done & then doing the "mall saunter" & the dumb gym closes early, I'm thinking its time to do some cardio on the ol' in-home Precor...
 
.. this should be interesting -- there ain't crap on TV so I'm reduced to doing cardio while watching "Hotel Erotica Cabo" on Cinemax ...

Well I get to watch Nascar....... :rolleyes: Although there was just a big ole crash, so it just got interesting.....
