I went shopping too this week! I LOVE SALES!
Actually - no pills - Nuva ring -- basically a small ring thingy about the size / shape of a ponytail band that releases a tiny amount of hormone over 3 weeks. Yay so far.
Sales - OMG it was brutal. 75% off + another 30% off WOHOO!
The other amazingly cool thing, considering "that time of the month", everything in size 5/6. (Except the shoes.... size 8, regardless of how lean or tubby I am
)

I cannot do any birth control thing (obviously 4 kids) but I tried the shot the pill the patch and actually we think that the patch is what caused my stroke.
EXCELLENT! I just moved up to 7/8
but I am saving for the cutting phase, new pair of guess jeans in my future.

Gaaaaah the day to day waiting - scared to even state anything until I get a for sure update... nothing is a sure thing until its a sure thing & I've had a lot of implied sure things that aren't so I just don't set my expectations...
However based on some contacts today:
- My realtor moved onto brokerage and can't continue selling houses so I've got a new guy who is one of those guys who is just beyond energetic - so... we'll see. Got someone coming to see the house tomorrow and one guy came thru yesterday.
- Should hear back a response on a local job I've interviewed a couple times for on Friday. Indications are positive but again, assume nothing.
- My buddy in San Fran passed my resume on to another dept in his company and he just IMd me to let me know to expect a call from that hiring mgr.
LOL so who knows?
And per some great responses to my question about some sort of new full-body training routine, looking at starting up this:

May make some changes to the exercises, particularly upright row because I stopped doing those a while ago due to wrist pinches from that grip.
