Sassy: July 2006 - 41 & CA Bound

I was doing a leg extension 2 weeks ago and somethign went "crunch" on my right knee on the extension. Hard to walk that day so I've been off it, but frankly I've had the same pains pop up on both knees - only the right one went "crunch". So occassionally either of them will start to bother me.

This got weird - email from my realtor says he's been talking to that SAME couple to revive their offer.... who knows?

Job:
The job I've had a couple interviews w/ here in ATL is probably not an option. No further feedback yet on the mobile interview I had yesterday. And had an initial phone call w/ Microsoft. That's probably going to take a while to get thru all the phases / screenings...

Diet:
Meal 1: 9 am
1/2 c oatmeal + 1/2 scoop protein mix
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites

Meal 2: 1 pm
2 scoops protein mix + 1 tbsp ANPB = mush

Meal 3: 4 pm
1 pouch of tuna

Meal 4: 8:30 pm
2 soft taco (low carb-- does it really matter??? engineered food baby!)
4 oz chicken
1 c romaine
1 roma tomato

Meal 5: 11:30 pm
2 tbsp anpb

Training:
Short session - talked to a guy between competitions at the gym (does it matter to me that he's 49, lifts, but drives a VIPER??? ... hmmmm.....)
6 min elliptical warm up
Super:
- close grip pull-ups: bodywt/8 x 3
- tri cable press downs: 60/12 x 3 --- elbows baddd...
Super:
- Smith Squat: 45/10 x 3
- Smith dead: 45/10 x 3
