Alright guys I am at the end of my LGD cycle unfortunately. Did shoulders last night and again I was throwing around weight like it was nothing. I have also been lifting lots of cabinetry around at work lately. My workout looked like this..
Warm up stretch
Shoulder press pyramid up to 230
Front raises
Lateral raises
Chin UPS
Shrugs
A variety of core exercises
Weighed myself last night and I am up 6 lb with my body fat staying the same. My strength gains have been phenomenal, I would guess about a 10 to 15 % increase. Overall this product has been great for me. I would most def like to try the gw next to slim down and tighten up. I'm going to hop on pct then blast with a test winny cycle. I would like to thank Dylan for giving me the chance to try this product and make substantial gains. Thanks to all who have been following, let me know if you have any questions.
