Had a good session today considering how tired and fatigued I feel. Almost feel like a deload is in order. I think I will go one more hard week before deloading followed by a heavy week with low volume tapering so I can max out the week after. I should lose a bunch of weight in the process as muscle/excess water weight will drop during the taper. As long as I am stronger I don't give a shit. I will have plenty of time to slowly put the muscle back on with IGF in the fridge. Ok everyone have a great week ahead and get strong AF!!!
I also wanted to point out that every single set I did in the gym is listed including the 4 warmup sets for deadlifts. I have a belief that once your main exercise is warmed up there is no reason to waste sets going forward unless its a completely different muscle group that didnt get any blood flow in the first exercise.
