Decided to do an easy fast workout low volume. Got a PR on hack squats. 500 lbs for 8 reps on top set. On a trip to see daughter will be back on Saturday for heavy chest/tris. Probably gonna do close grip bench to see where we’re at strength wise. Everyone have a nice weekend!!!
