Another light leg session today. Was close to failure on my Cybex Leg Press on the last set. Probably would have failed at rep 19 had I tried. Last set of Hack Squats I probably was near failure as well. Had a really good burn going in the quads today. They were hard as a rock. Will stay at this higher rep range with lower weights until my cycle starts the middle of July. Have to give the body rest so I can start pounding it again for a 8-10 week cycle.
