I am in shock that my strength is going up still. Even though I have increased my reps to 15 I can keep on increasing weight even while being in a health phase off cycle. Shoulder still feels great!!! Triceps and delts really got pumped hard today. Incredible size gains that just keep on coming. I cant imagine how much more size I will gain over the rest of this year. Absolutely amazed with the progress I am going through. As long as I can stay healthy the sky is limit. I attribute my success to using small amounts of PED compared to everyone else. Your only as good as you are when you are off everything. When you use small amounts you dont crash when you come off. A lesson to everyone on here. Anyway have a great weekend everyone. Tomorrow I rest and eat ribs I found on sale mismarked. Paid less than $4 for 4.5 lbs of prepared ribs that cook inside a bag. Score!!!!
